Reflecting : Protect Your Joy

Sometimes it can be really hard to bounce back. When something brings you down it feels like a weight so heavy its impossible to get out from under. I'm learning that as hard I mean REALLY hard as it is to break yourself out of that funk, its dreadfully important to. Taking any small amount of effort into doing something that brings me joy will start the healing process. Sometimes I can feel undeserving of the joy when I'm down. But I need to remember that is because my mind is clouded in those moments, I'm blinded by my overwhelming feelings. Pushing through and taking time to watch anime, to make a snack, to play some animal crossing are KEY to finding mental balance again. I'm really thankful to draw this card to take time to practice remembering that finding joy especially when I don't feel worthy of it is so very important.
